If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and remains in resellable condition, complete with all original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories. Unless the item was received in a defective state, damaged during shipping, or shipped in error, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
